Returning for a refund:
Product must be returned in new condition, meaning the product is not damaged, worn, or washed. We do not cover your shipping costs for returns.
When returning your parcel to us, please email us your reason / products for return and make a note of your request on the invoice / packing slip thats included with your order. This will help us identify your request and resolve the issue sooner.
If you are shipping items over £50 you may want to consider using a tracked shipment. We cannot guarentee we will receive your items, as occasionally mail does get lost / damaged in transit.
Returning for an exchange:
Product must be returned in new condition, meaning the product is not damaged, worn, or washed. We do not cover your shipping costs for returns. However we will send out your exchanged product for free (for one exchange only).

Processing your return / refund:
Once we receive your item we should submit your refund in 1-3 working days. It may take some time to appear on your bank statement / account. Ensure you allow a few days and continue to check your bank status to ensure the funds are returned to you. Any queries, contact email@example.com.
It will also take at least 1-3 working days to send out your exchange items should you request an exchange.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR CUSTOMS + INTERNATIONAL TAX FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS. As a UK VAT Registered Business, we only charge tax on UK orders. We are not permitted to do this for overseas orders. Your local customs office will take care of this.
